Error:21,Starting the zemilogin/authservers

Hey, when I try clicking on start it brings up an error saying
Could not start the service on local Computer
Error21: Device is not ready.

Anyone know why it would do that o.O

Thanks for the help.EDIT: Also, how do you insert things like the translated itemchart and what not?
