<HELP> unable talk with NPCs, and others...Plz help

Hi all, the server is on but still many problems and bugs when testing..plz help me, i dont know much about programming.

- cannot talk to any NPCs, including teleporter..

- whts the index number for quest scoll in Skull Island? when a quest scoll droped from a moster in Skull Island, the system pops up error

- lv200 and lv220 skills are not working? or just mine arent working?

- whts the index num for teleporter npc?

* btw, im using blurcode version server

plz help..
