This rar file include 2 pak files,unrar to game dir and run game ,you can get this effect like my pic displayed.

This 2 files also effect when play on TainWai Server,Korea Server and Japan Server

If some tool for unpacking albatross18's paks is made, maybe we can use theses paks in the english server

wow.. with this tile movement for HIO would be very easy... and determining the wind angle.. would this work in Season 1 such as Philippine Pangya?
