Can I delete LOG files

Can I del the files in folder PANGYA_Auth_LOG, PANGYA_GS_LOG ect.

because it use a lot of my hdd.

and one question

do you know auth server tell xxx users overlap

how can I fix it

While the applications are turned off you can safely delete all files in the log folders.
