Can't see a room [LAN play]

Sorry if this is a basic question, but I got problem when playing LAN with my sister.

The problem is;
1) She can connect and create a character.
2) She can see the server name to click.
3) When she click to server, it takes very long load times. After 1-2 minute, the server name still show only a word Connecting but no room appear.
[No loading tab for room selection bar, and program freeze with can not move a cursor while taking long loading]
4) I try to close and run ProjectG.exe many times, but same result.
***However, I can connect to play at my computer.

Before I start LAN server, I did as these following;
- Changed all IP in Auth, Login, and Server .ini to my IP 192.168.*.***
- Changed all IP in ProjectG.exe to same as above.
- Copy Game folder to my sister's computer.
- Run server as usual and test both side, but the result is only my computer can see a room.

Thank you for your advise, but still cannot see any rooms from another PC.

I wonder where is the 'DB' that you inform me.
As I inform at the topic that I change 127.0.0.1 only 4 places;
1.Auth.ini
2.Login.ini
3.Server.ini
4.ProjectG.exe
So, if there are any area I need to change too, please inform me.
(Do I need to change anything in SQL?)


[I follow every steps from Complete Setup Guide v1.2]

Also these are some more details.
1) My IP has last number with 3 digit, but when I open ProjectG.exe, the second place of 127.0.0.1 has limited space to only 1-2 digits for last number.
(I try to insert new space, but the result is .exe can't used, or I try to replace without concern about the space, but still see no room.)

2) In my opinion, if the problem come from firewall, it should be unable to connect even login, but I can login with see no room at another PC.
(This is only my opinion, and I'm not good in computer. Sorry if it wrong.)

3) I launch only ProjectG.exe which change 127.0.0.1 to my IP at my sister computer. The result is as I informed, when clicking to server name, it freeze for a moment and finally see no room.

If you have any advice, please help me. Thank you.
(Or can I use Hamachi instead of using this way?)

Try to ping your server from you sisters's pc
