Changing level of use and status of items!

Hello how do I change the level of use of the items? I want a kind Cue Rack, so can be used in The Amateur as I do? and also like me to edit Faso control ... strength items?

If you want to edit items, and that goes for just about any item property, you'll need to edit the corresponding IFF file.
