it seems my problem is my isp im using to host from has a heavy bandwidth restriction on the ports needed to run the server...
i have a dsl connection on my main pc and cable connection on the server the cable connection is the one that the ports are restricted is there a way to change the ports i dont have the upload to switch it on my dsl line my dsl is only 512k up and 6mbps down
while the cable is 2mbps up 12mbps down
On server.ini of loginserver and gameserver folders you can change the ports.
If you change loginserver port, you'll need to change it on client too.
Open ProjectG.exe on hex editor, search 10103 in DWORD, and change to the same port you are using on loginserver.
What isp are you using?
