If you are a GM, you can use /giveitem provided you've used the procedure to fix mail, since it uses mail to deliver the item.

The proper syntax for /giveitem is the following:

/giveitem [Username] [Item ID] [Quantity]

I can't give you an example past that because I'm out of town and don't have all my utilities and blah blah blah, but it would be something like the following (if your forum name is your game name)

/giveitem aisakeu 42352334 5

Then it asks you to confirm giving an item, which you type Y into chat and hit enter.
