Detailed logging?

Just a quick question : How can I enable detailed error logging in the pangya server or in mssql?

my first try at running a pangya server (using the old 2.12x server files) yeilded logs from which I could at least derive the item numbers associated with the error. The newer version (2.15c - form legacygamers) does not log errors in the same manner. Is there a flag that might be missing from the configs which enables uber-detailed logging?

Just wondering because I'd kind of like to see if I can get the database fixed up a bit.
