in my pv server the disconnect is increased less.
The first thing is, The first screenshot u provide are just titles. Look into Skin.iff for ItemIDs.

Check the Releases forum for a PAK unpacker or search for hsreina's Pangya Unpaker (no typo!).
Only pangya_th.iff files <= 584.04 are zips, for newer files you'll need a decrypter which you won't get.
