Duplicating Accounts

Is it possible to duplicate accounts and, if so, could some one create/share a procedure to do so?

By duplicate, I mean give the stats, currency, character, and item data of one account to a "new" account of a different name.

I could see two possible versions:

1. The procedure asks for the username of the established account as well as all the information to make a new account. It then makes the new accounts and copies the data to it. (Might be an issue with the whole logging in once thing.)

2. The procedures asks for the usernames of the established and blank account (made, activated, and logged in once as usual) and then copies the data.

The idea is (for the admin) to create a single "master" account with all the clubs bought, all the character items given, etc to use as a template for new players (friends who like dress up games in my instance, ha!). This will have more application in the future I'm guessing when people try and arrange servers and wish to give all players a certain starting point.


(I know a give "this, that, and the other" procedure is generally added to account creation to achieve this effect, but I'm going and assuming that the above outlined procedure is easier when dealing with a lot of data (all items and their upgrades, etc) rather than adding pang/points/rank and perhaps a item or two.)
