Earlier bubbastic posted an old ragnarok updater called Neoncube.
This gave me the idea to inspect other patchers to see if they work with pangya.
I found this other Ragnarok Patcher which I used years ago and it's very easy to make it work for Pangya.
It's called Triad Patcher
What's so nice about this patcher?
- It's fully skinnable
- It's easy to create your patches
- Your players will only need 2 files (1 executable + 1 secure config file)
This patcher comes in english and french, but is customizable to any language you desire.
How to use this patcher?
1. Edit the config.ini and language.ini to your liking

2. Run the Configurator and select your modified language.ini / config.ini and let it build the packed configfile.
3. This configfile should be moved (together with TriadPatcher.exe) into your Pangya Folder.
4. Upload the www folder to your webhost (make sure it matches the links you have entered in the configfile
5. Use the packer to create your patchfiles, this application explains itself easilly, no explaination needed if you ask me.
6. Upload your patches to your patch-folder on your webhost and add a line in your patchlist.ini to tell the patcher you have an update ready
