is there any guide to able the guild system? is the guild system are able to use??

like the Pangya US, above name, there's a guild name.. is there anyone can use the guild system??

We are still unsure if the current client we use, supports guilds.
It's probably possible db-sided...but my thoughts are that the client does not look for the player's guild or whatsoever.
