Help adding Kooh please

i followed the guide to this point

3. Go to sql command to execute procedure name 'AddKoohAndItemTo' with parameter userid :
example : AddKoohAndItemTo 'yourloginname'
then click '!'

but i dont know how to get the sql command to input it in....i checked the forums and only found someone telling the person who asked to read the tutorial or something but i camt find a tutorial with sql....so ya...can someone please help?

2nd go bake to pangya_items_typelist
in there you will se a new icon
