Help !! An error on my server

When A new account is registered and logged to the game

Pangya will create a first character for us (nuri or hana) depends on gender on our account right ?

My SQL Server seems to crashed the other day.

And now, every new account did prompted about First char,
But It won't added to db, not the char, the air knight, nor the plain aztec ball. So I delete the db, restore from RGZ db
And still no use.

I wonder what's wrong
Is it have somthing to do with stored_proc ?
