As thread title implies - I am unable to find the latest client and server files in the resources - many links are expired, and I see RapisDhare is having a bit of a problem regarding insisting I don't have JS enabled when I do.
Anyways, if someone can make a new/updated resources thread, that would be awesome.

[UPDATE] Got client (if "PangYa_Setup_INA_212a.exe" is the right starting point), and server (says v215 bins), now I am finding difficulty in locating all the patches. But since I'm off to work in about 2 minutes, it will have to wait until morning.
Sorry for the multiple posts here, but I am unable to find patches 212b-213h.
The earliest patches that seem to be available is/are the 213h-213h5 patch.
Does anyone know where these missing patches might be found, or if they are indeed necessary?
