I don't know about SEA, this guide is for 2.15b and up (i think)

i download the patch 2.15b from the candie..., but it say wad udate, i duno the anguage, any help? i launch the update exe programme, it got error updating. i sucessfully unpack it, but when i run it, it say needed to update.
