I try the Add Item Procedure

but it can add about the dress, costume only

I wana add ex. clubset, the ball,

and the item ex. Time Booster, Auto caliper amount 10000

how can I do it

If you made yourself a GM, like in terrorofdeath's guide, then while logged in use the /giveitem command to gift yourself what you want.

The /giveitem commands sends items through mail, yes.

If your server's mail doesn't work, please look around for fix here, it IS available.
