how to fix gift item issue

just wanna know if we can fix the gift item for other ppl..

i've just testing for giftin an item, but it requires me a password..

and then it just stuck like that.

is there anyone have same problem??

as far as i know its broken ive tried random numbers etc so unless theres a master code
