How to make a specific item pop out of the hole?

Like the title says, i'd like to know how i add in the database values to make a certain item to pop out of holes. (Randomly, or even at certain holes [h9 and h18 as SGI does sometimes]).

I know there r commands that make items drop:

EXECUTE_XMAS_SOCK_DROP(%d)
EXECUTE_GIFT_DROP
EXECUTE_CHANGE_QUESTDROP_FLAG(%d,%d)
EXECUTE_CHANGE_QUESTDROP_PROB(%d,%d)
EXECUTE_CHANGE_QUEST_FLAG(%d,%d)

But i don't know how they work, or if it's one of them that i need to change to make an specific item to pop out of holes.

I'll try messing with those, but if anyone in here already know what it is, i'd appreciate some help.
