Ingame Events and Ticker

So agter working somw weeks with all the stuff ill got here my server works really fine.

But i have still some questions:

1. How can i solve the Ticker? It only shows <> if some one uses it?

2. Where can i finde ingame Events like double pang or double XP anyone knows?

3. And where can i find Ingame Events like Dropevents?

From the common beginner questions (which you have read, of course):

Feature XYZ doesn't work.
D'uh! The database is incomplete, so instead of complaining start contributing and help fixing it.

I need events. Where are the events?
None available.

I want to raise the drop- and exp-rates. How does this work?
Currently it doesn't.

Feel free to report back if you get events or exp/pang multiplier events working.
