Log-in server is down is showing when my friend try to join my server

Log-in server is down is showing when my friend try to join my serveri change all config files to my hamachi ip and my friend still cannot join my server. I can join my server without problem on my pc , and i have already close all firewall
How to fix it ?:::

yes , i'm use wampserver

Ok what you need to do is simple. on warmpserver but not online
use port 80 not 8090 or 8080 just 80.
static ip on server pc
hex projectg to corect ip and port.

and magic can play wan or lan
