Nobody can help you with this at the present time. You need to build your own UCC server backend (and if you do: share it with us 
) before it'll work.

Well my feelings say that you wont get approval to post it. I'm sure Tsukasa had a good reason to delete the entire post.
I didn't follow it much myself, though.
