Can someone help me create a web page to register connected tables sql, can not I create a page record with sql server for my website,
if someone already has done, I would be grateful, only the registration page, need not have images, so the sql needs to be connected, to make the personnel records, such as connecting to sql?

I'm not an ASP/PHP scripter but if i were you i would try find a webkit that is for other private server games that uses SQL Server and modify the code from there with common sense. I only know RF-Online uses SQL Server, guess you can start from there if you want.

But the auto-registration works on the client so the webkit is kinda optional.
