Pangya Server Emulator

I am already some kind of freakin out about reading all went dead long ago and nobodys posting actually working developed content. Nothin is released and we'll all have to wait. The only thing i want is a season 4 server emulator. i know, everyone does. This is why i came up with this idea. i am a developer in progress (which means im studying computer science and i already know a lot about this stuff) and i'd love to develop a server emulator for pangya. i know this is not an easy job, and all that i need is a team. i will develop this. if you help me or not is the only dependance which will lead to a public or a private server emulator.

Here is a short brief of what i can do:
Programming (C++, C, ...)
Databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, ...)

Here is what i can't:
reverse engineering this ****ing executable

This means:
I do need someone who provides an unencrypted executable of pangya with disabled gameguard. Better would be: Latest Pangya (Ntreev.com or GOA) Executable (unencrypted and with disabled gameguard of course)

(I'm still gatherin my thoughts, so this post might be incomplete yet.)

hmmm reverse engineering the executable might be a problem.. but what about using the .PAK mod Executable? i mean that would be a good start. If you want. i know where to get the Modded ProjectG.exe, i don't know how much that would help. but i want this too hopefully i can get as much info for this project as well.. there are about 2 programmers i know that's deving this too.

It would be nice to have this modded Pak Executable and/or the just hexed executable. You don't have to submit them publically, simply send a PM.
