Restoring Database Question

Due to a crappy A/V some malware made its way on my server my question is when i reformat to get rid of it do i need do anything specail my database after i restore my backups Like any options i need to enable on each database on SQl 2008 after the backups are restored.

If you backup all your databases (including master) and restore it later on the server will be in the exact same configuration (including users) as the old one.

Permissions, table data, users - all that should be saved within the backups (should being the operative word here, try it once before losing your entire database).
