[Server Side] Unpack pangya_idnes.iff Ar How to repack..

My english is not good ,
Like a topic i can unpack pangya_idnes.iff now (with winrar hehe)
file inside it , syntax isn't hard to write program to read it
or hex it to add something new
but i need you guys help about how to repack it back to iff or
hex server exe to skip reading pangya_idnes.iff and read file inside it directly

How to open *.pak file , i search some post him or her said
'use ASProtect SKE to debug it' but How??? and How to repack it ,XD
