version 1.13c / lower for tournament & match alone[ Request ]

can anyone post a link to download pangya client 1.13c or lower, coz I read from the thread ( using search tool ), that after version 1.13c, pangya disable people to play on match / tournament mode alone, but I can't find client 1.13c anywhere, can anyone kindly give me a link to download it?

by the way, I have read that we must put the same version of client in :
Regedit : 2.14g
Databse : Pangya_server_config > 2.14g
Pangya_server_list > LAN Server > (Client Version ) > 1.14g

but it just doesn't work
