Who Can Help me to Open this pangya_idnes

I need someone help to open this Pangya Ind .iff file, or you can tell me what kind of tools to open this .iff file
I already use Winrar but still cant opened any suggest (plzz i really2 need it)
so if someone can help, it would be nice ^_^
