cant get the ressurection client to update

i cannot seem to get the ressurection client to update, I have all the .arq files, I have tried manually extracting them, and all sorts of other crap, i am having no luck.

anyone care to shed some light on this for me? I am running this server locally, as a test server...if that matters.
