Real website, what does that mean for you. Random PHP on random place in between all the HTML? In that case you should be able to find a lot of noobies who can handle this. If you'd put 5 hours of your time into learning PHP then you could do this yourself.
Though if you are looking for a website that is well structured, then you should find someone who has experience with a OOP programming, the MVC structure and preferably a PHP framework (yii, cakephp, zend).
