[AstroGames] Assembling a big team of Developers from each game

Who we are:

Astro Games.

We love private servers.
We will open private servers that all share the same common values so players know what they are getting in each server.
We want to raise a large community of gamers across all private servers who share these values.
We believe that gaming in general has become more pay to win, and less respective of your time.



Values:

1. No Pay to win items in the cash shop (Items must be able to be obtained in game at a fair rate)
2. Fair Rate: Progression must represent current players time/age, most players on average will only have 1~2 hours a day to play, rate should respect that. Developer must be able to adjust drop rate, dungeon entry rates, exp rates.
3. Prioritizing player satisfaction over profit: Player satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing the best gaming experience possible. We would rather have 1000 players paying 1 dollar, than 100 players paying 10 dollars.
4. You must love your game. You are in this because you want to see your favorite childhood game succeed.

Team (currently):

Our team has a few members so far. Across the team, we have hosting covered, we have website covered, payment portal covered, overhead admin covered. We are simply just missing developers who share the same values for each game.

Game Dev Deal:

There will be one developer for each game.
They will be responsible for just game development. We do not want to overwhelm with community related things.
Community managers will relay the information to the game developers so it's all coming through one channel.
50% share of profits.
All cash shop prices have to be in alignment with company values
If Applicable: Bug fixes on a monthly basis, Major content update every 3 months, class balancing

1. Tera
2. WoW- WOTLK
3. Maplestory
4. Aion Classic
5. Dragon Saga

We are open to add more titles, if you are a developer of any other private server please reach out to us, we plan to open a lot of servers in the coming year.
