Fly For Democracy

Democracy is in need of a staff willing to progress the server, make adjustments, improve things, create exciting custom, new and brilliant additions to the server, whilst maintaining the server's feel.
I am looking for programmers(C++), developers(2D and 3D), a web developer. All Developers are paid (this includes programmers)
A little about Democracy:
Democracy is a community that tries to take all suggestions and implement them as soon as possible, A community where everyone has a voice, whether this being just editing the price of something, lowering the rates, or doing something server changing like adding a completely new system, with my limited resources and knowledge of C++ i have done my best to make things better for the server, but as a server owner with only a Administration/Moderator staff i am left with most of the C++/Database development to do myself, so now i am thinking it is time to look into recruiting some professional help.
I need a staff who is willing to work together, and get a long, so i don't want anyone who isn't a team player, nor someone who can't take criticism, YOU MUST BE OLDER THEN 16, this requirement is met but the majority of my staff, as we don't want people to doss around and not help, or leave after a few weeks cause their bored, YOU MUST BE TRUSTWORTHY, you must also for a programmer be able to prove yourself worthy to be working for democracy.
