- 1 OC manager (oceania)
- 1 EU manager (europe)
- 1 NA coordinator (north america)
- 1 OC coordinator (oceania)
- 1 EU coordinator (europe)

Main Responsibility Areas & Key Tasks: (manager)
- Handling player generated abuse reports and help queries
- Replying to customer service tickets
- Creating and executing content as games, competitions, stories and marketing & advertisement campaigns
- Managing your region team
- Game bugs reporting

Main Responsibility Areas & Key Tasks: (coordinator)
- Handling player generated abuse reports and help queries
- Assisting the managers, mainly your region manager
- Creating and executing content as games and competitions
