[HABBO] Looking for a joint owner to create a Hotel! [HABBO]

Hello all!

I've recently took an interest in Habbo Hotel retro's again and decided that I should probably get another person involved in case anything happens with real life, for example, new job etc.

So obviously, you'll want to know some stuff about me before teaming up with me, let me tell you a little about myself..

I'm 18 years old, currently living in Wales and recently finished my A levels. I've owned previous hotels that have been fairly successful but had to close down due to examinations back in 2011.
When creating and owning a hotel, I set goals for staff members for them to face which gives them more of an experience of becoming a staff member and increasing the hotel playerbase.
I'm switched on, I know what I'm doing with my past experience.

Before you message me saying 'omg plz i be owner', I want you to meet my criteria:
-Have experience with EMU's, PHP, CMS', SWFs.
-Have a method of communicating instantly (Skype)
-Be able to take control and make sensible decisions

The reason why I want you to have experience is because I have a job and not always able to fix the hotel if I'm in work, I consider the hotel being a hobby, not a second job.

I can pay the server bills myself as I have a job.

I'm able to set up the hotel, but I'd rather have an EMU etc that the other owner is fond with so there isn't any confusion.
