Looking for an excellent management team for my habbo retro, Jubbo! I'd also like to see a few coders replying to this thread as well!
To be a coder, you must know how to:
Code IPNs for PayPal properly.
Fix PHP/MySQL Errors when they arise.
Create pages in UberCMS 2.0
Be familiar with the Butterfly database.
Code MUS pages (Send MUS commands from the page).
It'd be great if you were familiar with moderation as you could have a moderation job as the hotel coder.
To be a moderator, you must be able to:
Have positive and co-operative qualities.
Be able to understand both sides of issues and find a middle solution.
Save tools for last, if all problem solving techniques fail.
Be mature but fun in a working environment.
Come on duty with the will to help, without being a kissass.
The above implies I don't want to see any kissasses saying "Nice retro, I love it!" just for the hell of appealing to me. I'm serious about this retro and I've worked very, very hard to get it off its feet, and I don't want trust to be violated.
