My idea is to open servers for games and make profit from donates any one can pm me for any game.
The profit we get from donates will be for me 50% and 50% for you from donates.

to not fool with payments, doesnt this mean everytime you approve member to staff, the 50% is shared between the all the staff.. so lets say for example, you've hired in-total of 10 members in staff management different jobs. what means when this server is finally up / running ready launch, your loot is shared 1/10 of 50% from donations, and as personal gain 5% is actual share. and server owner takes 50% despite the promoted cash.
if i had to choose to be paid 50cents to few dollars, because of loot shared, if i accepted the job, i would have to realize and accept the fact im actually working for free, and dont persecily need the small money , it would be cause suspicious trasnfers from foreign banks and cause confusion of account use and details in it, it would be paper work and sht for taxes to explain where and why some foreign sends me few dollars every few day-- .
lets say if you pay rather permanent 50€ fee / month (this adds streetcrediablity for your project if you belive in it to be worth it) and then add the donation fees refers money as a bonus to add on default 50€ , that would give people some securance and knowing his hobby-time spent on this project will at least pay minimal (cigarets/lunch) for the working hours of server. ;)

Okay guys i start work with this person one month before.
We start with allods, i dev server files 10-20 days and we launch it 24, ofc we have problem with ddos, but 27 it's shutdown hes hardware and say me "burn router" and hes try solved this problem with few days. I and players wait long time... @versacebg not answer me a long time, not give me backup, but yesterday he say me "all problem solved", ofc I launch all back, start server but on evening he shutdown all again.And give me info:
