Your thread is a discussion looking for 'successful' or 'talented' developers to recruit you as a web developer. I believe those who answer these requirements already have a decent web developer.

@Kurt, who actually sponsors my team development project of DstroyerDev, is in need of a web developer for some features on our CMS/MySQL. We need something done with the Paypal information being sent to our database after a transaction (name, confirmation #, amount,etc). I'm not the one who does the website coding, I'm leading the source development, but if I recall it had something to do with apache?
I would love to discuss things further, and I don't speak for Kurt but I'm sure he would too. Might be a quick buck in it too. If you care to look, our simple, Maple-Bit powered CMS is www.dstroyerms.com. I've been considering branching out to find someone to re-design our website using Maple-Bit base. I don't know if you're interested, but that would be a paid job aside from what I mentioned about the MySQL/Apache thing.
