Also I am on skype pretty much all day (If not on my laptop on my phone)!
Well the thing is, our server is EST and the GM positions for EST during the day are pretty much filled up. I need watch guards for the night time. Shananigan is around 3 hours before EST so that would mean he is online from 4PM to 3AM which is good, but I'm not sure what to do yet. I am doing a survival Game Master hiring system currently and the first thing that potential candidates must do is actually play the server first. After they play the server, I ask them to be an intern and then I watch them for 2 weeks to make sure they follow the rules and do a good job. After that, I finalize my pick to let them stay or to demote them. If you guys are okay with this system, perhaps you could give it a shot. No decisions are finalized yet. The current GMs during the day are interns and anyone can replace them at this moment. I am still working with individuals to see who could do the best job. That seems like a great system to figure out the game masters, testing them first is an excellent way to make your decision. I'm interested, I will be on the server ASAP.

Hi my name is Elena and I'm 22 years old. I'm applying to become a Game Master. I've been playing maplestory since I was 13 and around 16 I switched to private servers. Versions I played were: v.55,v.62,v.83 and v 1.17. I Gmed for a bunch of servers and the most successful one was MoograMs. Although my skills are a bit rusty since I havent played Maple in over a year but I can guarantee you that I'll do the best of my ability to fulfill my duties.
