Very simple explanation here:
I'm currently needing of all coders to help my team on creating our Maplestory Private Server:

We need a coder that can do either source developing and NPC coding (being able to do both would be nice).
We do have some GFX Designers, but if you'd like to help us, it would be great.
WZ editors are needed for our server.
Web Developers are needed for our server.
