[Minecraft] GFXer/Video Editor

Hey Ragezone! I'm cojmicdeath from GameMetrix (Youtube Channel) and from the server MineTragedy. I've been looking around for a GFXer and a video editor. Basically, I need a GFXer to help create banners, youtube thumbnails, and all that. The GFXer is essential to the survival of my server and channel to keep us going. Players are attracted to visual arts. I need the video editor to help fuse videos together with music and all that. Something along those lines. I do not have money to offer, but I hope someone will step up to this job.
