Hello everyone,
Im Xiro from Serenity Gaming and i'd like to announce that we are now going to be hosting/streaming anime from our network. This will be a major move for us and we will like to become one of the best such as Anime sites like AnimeTake, AnimeFreak, etc. I have big plans in mind for this major jump. Right now i need a staff to help manage this move and also anime experts who have been watching anime for a moderate time. I can properly fill you in with more information below.
Serenity Anime
Serenity Anime will host anime & stream it. The way we will do things are way different from any other anime site you may have seen in your time browsing the net looking for new sites. SGN will incorporate Anime & MMORPG's and a way that non have seen before. Plans are being written up and though of as we speak to bring something new to the field of Anime & Gaming.
What are we looking for ?
The things that we are looking for right now are very basic in a sense that we will have to build ourselves up over a majority of time. Because as we all know you don't just become good at what you do over night, Time decides it all. What we are looking for is below in a format that is easy to read for everyone .
Website Designer : The job of a Website Designer is to design and update a site for Serenity Anime, This job is very time consuming as you must build the most professional website you can to draw to viewers and keep them coming.
Website Coder : Probably one of the hardest jobs we will have at Serenity Anime. There will be alot of Ideas thrown into the mix that may put pressure on the coder but if you are a professional this should be a walk in the park for you so to speak. Here's a brief example of ideas that i have been thinking up : The website will have a log-in system, People who download anime will receive points for downloading that anime and these points will be incorporated into Raffles,Prizes & more things .
Anime Specialties : There are tons of Anime Specialist who read manga and are updated on the newest releases of anime. We are looking for you ! Someone who can inform the community of things to come and what they should look out for, whether or not the Anime is good and give it ratings in certain categories or genre. This job has more things to come but these are just a few aspects of the job.
Content Managers : Content Managers do as the name proposes, They make sure that Download Links & Material are working . They job shouldn't be as hard as one would think. Viewers will report if something is wrong or not working and the job of the Manager is to fix it. They also must upload the download links for anime and manage it on a daily basis.
Advertisers : As the name enlists the job of the Advertiser is to advertise, get our name out there so to speak and what we do. They job is hard because Anime Advertisers are hard to come by these days due to the fact that there isn't a real base to go off of. You have to make sure that our Serenity Anime is known by people who love anime even those who don't even know that anime is on the net and freely streaming. There are many ways to advertise such as posters which are placed online or anime blogs. People will tell there friends about the site and the name will spread.
