Hello floks,

I´m realizing a new Gaming Network with different servers such like WoW Classic + TBC and Minecraft.
For this new project im currently looking for alot of Team Members for setting up everything. Before im going to start to talk about the Requirements let me tell you something about the concept.

Concept of VGN:
Instead of having always the newest game versions (for WoW for example) i would like to have a Classic + TBC server.
Why?
I see no reason for having the newest server if only 20% of the content is playable instead i will work on a version until we have a great working game content and a great working server.
You will probably say now:
"There are other servers in Classic and TBC with a good playerbase." And you are right with it but i want to get rid being binded to the Dev groups like Mangos, Trinity or any other Dev group.
If we can build our own patches we can react on Bug reports much quicker and in fact we know what we have done at the end of a day.
There is still not everything playable and dont you miss the good old times where you don´t had items giving you +400 Int or +20000 Health?

In fact i want to create a great balanced server where everyone has the same chance even if it means that we have to change items to a non-blizzlike server standard.
In order to realize this i´m looking for Developers, GameMasters, Community Manager and other team Members like Scripters.

Developers
- You need to speak Englisch

- You should have good skills in C++, SQL and Game Mechanics
- You should be a Teamplayer because you will work in a team.
- Perfect would be if you already worked on sources in WoW

Database Developer
- You need to speak English
- You must be 16+
- You should have very good skills in MySQL, SQL and WoW Database standards
- You must be a teamplayer
- Frist experience in WoW Databases are welcome

Web Worker(Working on project php based):
- You need to speak English
- You must be 16+
- You should have great skills in PHP, SQL, Java and HTML

20+ for ANY position!? That blows. This better be paying if it's that then and good luck.

20+ does blow, and 25+ for GM kind of crazy, anyway if it's paid it might turn some heads otherwise there are many other networks out there that offer much better opportunities for people younger than 20.

All those servers? Lol. Good luk finding a dedi that you can operate all the versions off of.

Actually i got 2 Dedicated servers each one got 200Mbits connection and 24GB RAM + 2x 120GB SSD (8-core AMD)
