I can provide a simple vps using nfo
3072 MB of RAM
300 GB of RAID-protected storage
3000 GB of InterNAP bandwidth transfer

Basically I want to startup an irose server, I play Arua Rose but I want to be admin for a change ;D.

So if anyone wants to startup a server i'll do 50/50 on donations minus the server payments monthly (if it goes that far which i'm hoping it will).

I have a job so I can host for an unlimited amount of time and upgrade to 8core if needed.

People act like they have ''Big knowledge'' but once giving them the details then they will literally Shit off you're server so i woulnd't give trust too much on strangers try looking for tutorials maybe that can help you instead that you hire some complete stranger and get crying off due the fact that they've either fucked you're server or they've stolen it.

Oh yeah I know it's happened before where I add someone and they say they know everything but they completely know nothing.
It's fine though cause I don't even have a server yet. I have a VPS that they can't mess up cause I could just reformat it at anytime.
I know about the tutorials and I would work on that but i'm too busy to do so which is why i'm recruiting. Also setting up a server would be pointless if I had no coders since I want this to be customized in the future so we could expand :D.

By the way i'm not looking for a quick-start, of course you can put up the server and we can run it whenever but i'm looking for someone who can actually edit the files and make everything run perfect. I want customization in the future but for now I just want a 100% working server with minimum edits. Once I have the base up i'll advertise more and maybe pay a few coders to pitch in.
I got the money/servers but not the knowledge/ability to set one up.
