Hello Everyone,


I'd like to inform you that this is a long and detailed thread about what I'm looking for, the requirement, etc. If you don't like to read then this sponsorship/team recruitment thread isn't for you.


1.My Introduction
(This is a long introduction, Included is my Private Server Gaming Past and History)

I'd like to start off by telling you a bit about myself. I'm 19 1/2 years old and I've been in the Private Server Gaming Industry for about 9 years and going. I started out like everyone else (Just wandering the web for MMO's) and then bumped into a thread talking about private servers. With a little searching on Google the first Private server i ever played was a Conquer Online server. Back when Conquer itself was fairly and widely popular. A couple of months go by and im recruited by the staff on this conquer server ( The name i cannot remember ) to be a Server Advertiser. Getting them people to play there game and spread the word about there server through out the net. I did that for about 1/4 of a year and the got promoted to GM where i learned what a GM was. Shoot forward about a year and i left the conquer online server to look at other MMO's when i stumbled across Xtreme Flyff if any remember this server was a v11 one. I was a GM there and server recruiter until the server went down.And as most remember it was the most successful flyff private server on the net at its time. It was run by Noel who a few months later abandoned the server after he saw a good amount of income. Fast forward a few months after that and i was a RC for Demons-Online Reloaded. I got them a vast amount of players on there Eudemon Private Server and left after i felt the Owner there didn't really care about his staff as he should have. My name there was "Javone" which you can find on there forums if you want to do your research, I will not provide the link here as Ragezone doesn't like people leaving there website. Next 3 years go by and i find myself as a GM of one of the most successful Jade Dynasty Private servers on the net "Elong JD" which had a amazing amount of people playing it at the time. Later down the years I was Co-Owner of Serenity Gaming Network which had the TOP ranked Rappelz Private Server under its belt "Rappelz Serenity" which can be found on Youtube via search bar of course. And that's about it for my little(long) introduction of myself. Now look below at the information of my Team Recruitment / Sponsorship Thread .

2.Team Recruitment


This Team in short that i am looking for will be one for the long-term. I don't wish to do work with people who just get up and leave without any explanation or people who tell me ahead of time. The team will start off being a medium sized, reason being big teams are hard keep in order amongst themselves and small teams always have issues getting the work done. All in all team recruitment with me will be thoroughly done, I do do background checks on your work just to make sure I'm not working with liars and deceivers. Which is basically a good majority of the Private Server Industry.


3.Sponsorship


This sponsorship is a paying one first off. If you do a important job pertaining to your position you will be paid weekly or every two weeks. I will be contact with all team members via skype or phone call. As its better to talk to a person and get to know them vocally then talking to some random person who hides behind there screen, then disappears when you need them most(Due to past experience). I want mature people on my staff/team if you do not know what your doing that's an instant boot from the team.


4.Payment Info


As i said above your pay will be every week or every other week. Based on position for example, If your a graphic designer you will be paid a set amount after the completion of your work. I take the money that the network makes seriously as it, isnt all mine its the combined earning of all the staff members; Designers and coders alike. If your not mature enough to do your job then ask for payment after doing nothing.. Thats a sure way to lose your position.


5. Long Term Goals


The goals that i have set for my team/future network are the following :
1. To be known as a major Private Network Franchise
2. Have a close nit staff which can turn into a family
3. Have at least 3~4 Games on my network within the next 2-3 years.
4. Bring together a nice/awesome community


6. Requirements


1. Must be a Mature (IMPORTANT)
2. Have skills relating to C++,Java,HTTP,GFX, etc. Based on Position
3. Have a online time of at least : 5~6 hours a day (Varies depending on position)
4. Be able to talk Via Skype, Phone or other method of Voice Chat
5. Have atleast 2~4 years of experience with the game your developing.

I currently play in a team here in sweden.
I hang out with my friends after school if i haven't got any football training/match.
Otherwise most of the time i spend my time here playing pc or tv games also making videos on youtube only got 52 subs though.

Reason for Applying ?: Well, I have been using hamachi to make a server and i cannot make it 24/7 my friends laggs when we play on it. I have always wanted to make a server a pvp server and play with other peoples since most of the minecrafters doesn't want to or does not have Hamachi only few joins my server. I'd like to make a minecraft server to play with other peoples and to make what you want Ishiru a long term server.

Experience in your Gaming Genre(How long have you played?): I played minecraft almost when it came out maybe some version after. Around December 2011 or january 2012. So 1 or 1 half year since minecraft isn't so old yet about a few months though :)

Staff Experience(Since I'm Assuming your a Dev/Owner have you had any past experience in being on ?): Now days i play hunger games in some of the most famous minecraft youtubers servers or play in kit pvp server also make videos with my friends in my hamachi server. I have been Mod,Admin in many servers but since there were lack of players no one donated other staffs was abusing i end up playing normally since i'm getting bored of Staff Abusing servers closing because of no one donated. I promised myself if i own a server i would never make the mistake the other owners made. Staffs wouldn't be abusive.

Any other information you want to tell me?:
Around 1.8-1.1 i made a server a bukkit server with plugins everything was working i had around 20 players on (Hamachi) sometimes the server crashed because my computer couldn't handle it. So i want to take this chance to make a server and play with other peoples and have fun also give you the long term goals you wanted.

I haven't made any extremely good bukkit servers right now since i most of the time play in other servers and i only open my server for my videos with my friends. PM me if you want me to make one and give you examples.
