Quite an interesting project. I can pretty much do most things you're looking for but my strong subject is web development for example, I can create a CMS for you which allows users to register, login, view their profile, view high scores, a lottery system to win items (automatically imported to your in-game account). Basically whatever you need, all linked up to the database to provide that front end user experience.
