I did a announcement for being a free hoster like 45minutes ago and didn't get any responce here in the RSPS section, but if I am posting this announcement in the Habbo section I will get a responce immediately.
The runescape section died a while ago, but hopefully we can bring it back by posting new content and such, unfortunately the original vets of this section that are left are in different parts of the world so without a shit load of people online it's hard to say when people will get around to posting on here.
