I looked at the tutorials section, but I didn't found what i wished, I only found how to change the XP rates, and how to make someone Owner, which i will try out later, since i'm not at home now. If someone could help me with the other things, thanks alot!
Start at tutorial - Not found
Transform "note" mode blank runes without needing to carry the units itself - Not found
Making a character Owner/Admin - Found
List of ingame commands - Not found
Making someone premium - Not found
Changing all the exp rates - Found
Either away, you shouldn't have these kinds of threads. Starting at tutorial island is fine, but you'll have to script the whole beginning process.
if you're using the 317 version of ajscae, the commands are in Client.java, under "public void customCommand" and in his 508 source, it's under commands.java under the io.packets package.
making someone premium is as simple as adding a boolean, and adding conditionals
boolean isPrem = false;
If (!p.isPrem)
return;
addItem(995, 1000000000);
etc etc
[QUOTE]Symeh asks:
What Will Jagex Be Doing About Private Servers, Shutting More Down?
Private servers are illegal. The law is very clear in this area and we will continue to force private server owners to close their operations - through legal action, if necessary. If you know of one, please report it in the
Schnap.
Of course, we're being illegal.. but people won't listen until their private server is shut down.
Interestingly enough...

What does Jagex think of private servers that are smaller copies of RuneScape, do you believe that you should fight against such servers or just let them be? I point this out because private servers have been growing in size over the years.
We strongly oppose private servers, irrespective of their size, and always look to shut them down. We have also been very successful in taking their ringleaders to court.

Oh wow, let's take some kids to court for a hobby... Throw the profit-driven fags in jail(like paladino, and those who charge for prems). Those who, like myself, value the game so much, we'd like to emulate it to a certain point(I can't get over rev 377, PC ftw) shouldn't be oppressed. I support JaGeX in their ventures, so I believe they should respect us retro gamers trying to get our fix. Personally, yea it's their game, but it's not like most of us just want money; I do it purely for the experience. I learn so much in developing the game, and I get to enjoy the game twice as much, knowing that I figured out what a professional team did and implemented it. Private servers are not wrong, so I don't know why The big Jag'x is hunting us.
I agree with Daniel.
A Hobby is a hobby, and should be enjoyed.. regardless.
If your looking to make money from somebody elses hard work.
same reason why nexon takes down maplestory private servers
they want money
They can't sue you. The only thing that we are using which is owned by them is their client. So as long as YOU/WE don't distribute it (upload it to rapidshare or something) then they can only try bringing down the file from the host. Otherwise, you are safe. Emulation is legal in all countries, cause it's coded/programmed by users, who hand it out on their option.
If you can't distribute the client, then how are your users supposed to play? host it locally?
Which is why IP changing clients were released. They technically are a loophole because they're designed to be universal, not server specific.
Either way, aj is right, but it's more of the fact that game companies only care about profit. Hell, official runescape has copied every private server idea to date, yet they still shut us down.

Ohh right.
Host it locally.
Even so though, as long as your not making profit from their client it still should be legit though.
A lot of clients now are custom coded and only load their cache.
But Tyler, we still use their images in most of our work.
