Looking for good repack with out Mainserver problems

Guys Im looking for a repack
Most repacks I downloaded I can not load the main server it's not working I don't know why and how to fix this issue
I have many repack with same problem
Like astro / Hextech the newest repacks ony I face problem with main server but old repack working normally

Please any one can help

becuase they got licensed dlls download released sources or addons and replace with yours
