Just some little improvements in 3rd job skills and job change effects (don't know what should be added in other skills, maybe i'll check that later )

Took me some hours to find the right effects to replace bla bla Maybe I will release it soon or maybe I'll just let you move your lazy asses and brains so that you'll do this on your own tt1: cuz it's pretty easy ;p

I used ROAM to check effect names, but it was kinda hard to find 3rd job change effect I really couldnt find it oO
